Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Ruokapalvelu platform (ruokapalvelu.fi) and purchasing our nutritional consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined herein, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.
The information provided on this website is intended for residents of Finland. While we operate under international digital standards, the legal framework of Helsinki remains the primary jurisdiction for all professional service agreements.
Nature of Guidance
Our nutritional consulting services are educational and supportive in nature. They focus on dietary patterns, nutrient density, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Clients are encouraged to consult their primary healthcare provider before making significant changes to their diet, especially if they are taking medication or managing a chronic condition.
Engagement Protocols
Scheduling a consultation constitutes a commitment to a specific time slot. To maintain our Quality Standards, we require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Client Accuracy: You represent that all information provided during the intake process is accurate and complete.
- Technology: Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible hardware for online video sessions.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to conduct sessions in a private environment to protect personal health information.
Financial Conduct
Fees for all consultations and dietary programs are clearly stated on our Consultations page. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We utilize secure, encrypted payment processors. Ruokapalvelu does not store full credit card details on its servers. All prices are in Euros (€) and include Finnish VAT where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RUOKAPALVELU AND ITS CONSULTANTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OUR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE OR WEBSITE MATERIALS.
Participation in our nutritional programs is voluntary and at the user's own risk. We do not guarantee specific weight loss outcomes, clinical health improvements, or athletic performance markers, as these results are dependent on individual metabolism, adherence, and external factors beyond our control.
